I spent over 20 years juggling being a mom and an attorney. I know what it’s like to devote your life to taking care of everyone and everything but yourself. After 17 years of being a mom and a lifetime of struggling with my weight and health, I finally realized the importance of taking care of myself.

After learning the hard way, I became determined to help working moms and career-driven women transform their lives to create the life they desire by taking control of their health, both physically and mentally.
